The character had a lovely design. And I loved how helpful they are to people lost in the dark. I can just imagine them waddling up to people to offer to guide them with their glow.
But. Have you seen the Meowstic line? They already have this Eerieness to them. Now, add some otherworldly glow to that and you've got a Cryptid. I wanted to really highlight how easily they could look more.. ominous in the dark. That is if you were unaware of them. In a way, it's like an Anglerfish or a Wisp come to collect your soul.
They walk up, wanting to help you. "I've come to guide you to the other side" they say, in the sweetest most soothing voice. You're deeply unsettled.
