This is more of a personal upload, I had an old Poke'sona that was a Buizel with blue hearts on his cheeks (rather than the normal black markings). He's usually a feral Buizel with the markings, but as the years went on he's anthro and still short like a normal Buizel. x3
Gonna be my icon for a bit, this or a variation of it. .v.
