Celebrating a Year of posting art. Also my Birthday

While I was doing the lineart, I realized that I haven't drawn any of my female characters in a swimsuit (except my manta ray but that's different). So I gave this one a swimsuit. She's also a Sanrio fan and similar cutesy things.
