Not just a good breakfast but a hearty one. When I see what some people have for breakfast these days, I just cringe.

cringe? That's putting it mildly. but I do my best to get a hearty breakfast but in a pinch a bagel with some cream chees and shared chicken and avocado works for me

I'm a cereal breakfast kind of guy. I prefer Oatmeal Crisp (my now retired doctor told me to eat oatmeal but I can't stand the stuff) but I also like grits. When I have the money and time, I'll go to a restaurant like Waffle House and eat a good breakfast.

Oh, it definitely fills me up. I can't last 7 or 8 hours on it but I can go for 5 hours.

Yeah. The good thing is that I eat breakfast around 4 am, then I get a break at work at 9 am so having it last 5 hours is a good thing.

But would it be a salty buttery? LOL. I don't blame Jim, though, I'm from a long line of country people and I wonder sometimes if any of them would understand the complexities of city-style food.
