MrFluffums' legally unenforcable license!
The prompts (generated_prompts.txt) I've used to generate my images are free to use without any restrictions. Go wild.

Specific modifications to the creative commons license:
Please wait until 2030 until starting to work on any remake of CSS, as I'm optimistic I'll have found a way to continue within the boundaries of the law before then.
Mods are fine, although any cub-related images generated with AI for use in CSS related works should use an open source model, and include the prompts together with hashes for the models, so everyone can validate the model wasn't trained on illegal material.
Any scene or code you write for direct use in CSS or a remake remains yours, but you grant me / CSS (in case you call it quits and someone else creates a remake of your remake) a irrevokable and perpetual license to use it in CSS if I want (if/when I start working on it again) as long as I attribute credit as agreed in the following section, and you?re okay with me editing it (basically want to prevent a situation where I can't adapt code or fix typos in your stuff because I can't contact you).
Any art you create for direct use in CSS or a remake similarly remains yours, but again you grant me / CSS a irrevokable and perpetual license to use and edit it. If I want to use it as a basis for AI gen (to enhance style consistency), I'll make sure to have a preferences option for people while playing that can be toggled between "original art" that shows your art, and "adapted art" that shows the AI gens that were based on your image.
The attribution will consist of the following:
Scenes that you write and I include in the 'main' version of Cubsitting Simulator will be listed in the about section as "List of scenes written by X"
Scenes that I include after extensive rewriting will be listed in the about section of CSS as "List of scenes cowritten by MrFluffums and X"
Art you've created will be listed in the about section as "List of images created by X" with the respective file names.
Large (game breaking) bugs will be listed in the about section of CSS as "List of game breaking bugs found by X"
If you're correcting minor typos in existing writing, this won't be specifically listed out, but this will be summarized as "Proofreading & fixing by X" in the about section, similarly with small bugs.
Something that I realize is totally unenforcable, but please only work on CSS if you're on the same wavelength as me that whatever we write / enjoy as fiction, real relationships with children and / or viewing actual CSAM is not only illegal but also morally wrong.
