So I'm not super crazy about AI...
BUT...
I found an app called "Backflip" and it takes your 2dimensional drawing and TURNS IT INTO A 3DIMENSIONAL STL!!!!
The face was pretty wonky when it was done and I had to modify it quite a bit with lamb models and such... but holy shit... I now have a 3D model of Madison I can print out.
My Babydoll RPG is almost a reality. lol.

Interesting. I have no doubt though that with some time you could probably work the program in such a way that minimal edits would be necessary. Regardless of that though, the possibilities are fun to think about.

So this is little Madison A little Older, a little Wiser.. This is the Kid with the black belt in Judo and loves dancing, right? Cant remember if the Tag was done to him, or he had it done. Seriously rough life .

Well, about the face.. Translating 2D to 3D is something that comes with practice.
But a Better pick of the STL file would allow us to help you Refine the Face..
But the model will be hard to print an MDF printer when you get to the Arms, tag and ears has to have quite a bit of support even for such a Neutral pose..
I'm assuming you have a PRUSA.. Judging from the Base in the One Pic.
