Chopsuey, also known as Experiment 621, is an illegal genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba, and the main antagonist of the video game Disney's Stitch: Experiment 626. He has all of Stitch's powers but is less capable. He is jealous of all the attention that Stitch gets.

"	Here is a digital illustration I created of Experiment 621, "Chopsuey," from the Lilo & Stitch series, mainly featured in the PlayStation 2 game Disney's Stitch: Experiment 626. I've been revisiting my interest in the series and wanted to draw him. Posting today since it's 6.21.2025.
