For CPUverse elements of harmony Originally, there were 6 (7) elements of Harmony, but because of an incident, a red warrior hurt them, which caused a ripple effect, causing the elements in the Omniverse to crack in secret and give the trauma and memory of this incident to all the elements in the Omniverse in the multiple trees of Harmony. Three cracks appeared when Celestia and Luna looked at the elements for the first time, much to the Alicorns' shock.
Celestia: Sister, the elements are breaking?
Luna: How can this be? Auntie Jaaga said that they are hard to destroy!
As these elements separated from the cracks, they went to three groups, each representing the original elements they are based on and the Alicorns that are now around all three Alicorns before Twilight became one.
Mogul initiated a plan as soon as the CPUs got fragmented, as the CPUs were the only ones hidden personalities of Celestia and Luna were sealed.
The following people were having bad feelings about what was happening: Twilight, Trixie, Shining Armor, Sunset Shimmer, and several others were seeing the writing on the wall. This is due to the following actions.
Trade with Humans, Mobians, Anthros, and the Seedrians has stopped after plenty of good trade with produce, and multiple products were canceled, much to the frustration of both parties.
Ponies start to forget it was slow, but they were forgetting. Mobian lovers were feeling it the worst as they felt like something was missing.
Sally, Elias, the champions of the CPUs, stopped getting invited to the Gala, which met diplomatic treaties ,and fun started to get dull.
CFW wild stated attacking ponies, while it was not intentional, it actually helpedcaused things to get worse
CFW's wild attacks caused the creation of a barrier that blocked mobian, humans, and Earth Lythans
As a result, these actions added to the tensions of the Warning Kingdom Era.
Eventually, when CPUs got fragmented by a week before the summer solstice, and both these events kickstarted the events that shocked the universe, Eggman started his attack, creating a war. Celestia and Luna, and Cadence then seal Equestria from the world, fully locking the memories of the ponies who interacted with mobians, humans, Earth Lythans, and ECT.
Several Ponies felt like some information went missing.
Twilight felt like she lost her best friend, having no memories of him Applejack felt like her partner was missing in the business, as it took a nosedive when cider and zap apple jam sales went missing Fluttershy became more withdrawn with the exception of the animals Pinkie felt like her silent partner was gone Rarity for a while just sat on the couc,h just eating ice cream whilstaringng at a photo of her starting boutique her and a blurred out picture of her and a lion. Rainbow Dash felt like she was missing her sparring partner.
Trixie felt like her business had become limited Carrot Top's business took a nosedive Cheerilee felt like several children in her care were missing Ditzy Doo remanded the same, but her pain was something different Lyra felt like her music collection got weird and was missing several singers (Hatsune Miku, 5bp, and so much more) Rain Drop felt like her sparing partner was gone as she had blurred memories of a floating island
Shining Armor felt like he was missing a brother Big Mac felt like he was missing his best friend Sorin felt like something was off, especially after Wonderbolts went wrong. Cheese Sandwich business went weird as less people was smiling in his opinion Doctor Whooves felt like he was missing an ally Sunburst felt like the knowledge was limited, including the past connecting to Tari.
Several ponies also felt like their lovers were gone, as some of them married mobians
After the CPUs became fragmented, the seals on the champions of Tari's Celestia and Luna's corrupted personalities took over Daybraker for Celestia and Nightmare Moon for Luna. Sensing the potential of Cadence, they captured her and created a corrupted personality in her, known as Heartbreaker.
Ditzy Doo however, was the one who found out, and her memories return specifically when she went out of the barrier by pure accident.
Shining Armor sent a letter to Cadence, Twilight sent a letter to Celestia, and Trixie sent a letter to Luna. Shining Armor was Cadence's boyfriend, being an elite guard and guardian to Cadence. Twilight was Celestia's student who was originally supposed to train along with Sunset Shimmer before she disappeared. Trixie was Luna's student. While she is an entertainer, she became Luna's student at the same time Twilight became a student. All three of these people sent letters out of concern that things have been going wrong, little things, but they were wrong. The three responded, which sort of dismissed the concerns, and asked them to make some friends in a town called Ponyville.
When the three went into ponyville they connected with 5 ponies each and explored the town. When they went to the famous summer solstice, that was when Celestia, Luna, and Cadence turned into their darker personalities. However, to their surprise, the elements then transported themselves there in the town hall and formed a barrier around the 3 groups of people the then fully broke into three and went to the groups that are compatible to them
Each Element was then bound to the new 6 hosts, each with new names representing the hosts, and grouped with 3 groups.

As this happened the group then get a surge of memories, three sets of memories except for 2
Twilight Sparkle – Remembered three Memories her Normal version perspective and Lunaverse version and the memories of the mobian she loved Elias who she missed Applejack – Remembered her normal version and the memories of Mighty, her best friend Fluttershy – Remember her normal version and the Pony that did save her while helping her discover her cutiemark Silver Pinkie Pie – Remembered the parties she did outside of Ponyville, and the main universes and the lunaverse Rarity – Freaking out that she now has hands and that she forgotten her partner Klaue Rainbow Dash – felt like she missed everything as she used to fly around the world and visit her best friends Sonic and Lilac
Trixie Lulamoon - Remembered three Memories her Normal version perspective and Lunaverse version, and the memories of her mobian version, with Trixie seeing the error of the Illusions Carrot Top - she starts to cry when she has a series of good luck Cheerilee - Remembered the three mobian orphans she actually adopted Ditzy Doo - remembered the memories of what happened before the memory loss, but something also felt off Lyra Heartstrings - Remembered her Lunaverse version and freaking out that she has hands and remembered the bands she was missing and realised the truth about bon bon. Raindrop - Got angrier along with having more mood swings, especially when she saw ecchidna structures
Shining Armor - Remembered his Normal version perspective and Lunaverse version and the memories of the mobian version Sorin - felt like the freedom of racing around the world was freed Cheese Sandwich - Felt like the world had gotten sadder due to the missing smiles that were closed off Doctor Hooves - Remembered everything, be it his normal version, lunaverse version, and before the memory wipe, and his ally, The Doctor (Doctor Who) Sunburst - felt like a good chunk of his knowledge just disappeared, and he felt the need to find his sister Big Mac - Didn't say anything but his look was just grim
A voice was heard when the elements was bound to all 3 groups it was the tree of Harmony it told them to meet with several people to save thier friends the alicorns
They meet up with the warriors that were summoned at what was called the Tree of Harmony, there to help save the three and to thier shock one of then was the red warrior that broke the elements and all three groups charged at zero with them only stopping after feeling a preasure from one of the diffrent people this was the CPU of Equestria which was a part of the land known as Tari, Jaaga she told them to stop and pointed out that the named Mavrik Hunters and new Elements of Harmony have to free Celestia and Luna and Cadence from thier evil halves
After the rescue, (spoilers on how) Celestia, Luna. and Cadence got rid of the memory wipe while that caused a bit of strife with thier own citizens it still helped try to repair relations with the rest of the world.
Post-Crisis (after Sonic 3 and Knuckles) After the reconnection to the outside world and after what is known as the Angel Island Incident (Sonic 3 and Knuckles), the Champions of the 4 CPUs arrive to Ponyville and meet with Celestia and Luna, connecting with the champions of Tari again, bonding the nations again.
However Nagus then struck and sent his cabal to attack the tree of harmony and it affected the other element bearers. This caused a chain reaction and awakened the sleeping 7th Element. Empathy sensing their sisters and mother in danger it forced itself to break into 6 pieces and go to the ones that fit it: 6 children, the cutie mark crusaders, diamond tiara and silver spoon, and Pipsqueak.Each representing Celestia, Luna, and Cadence, also with the children's memories being affected (Dimond tiara and Silver Spoon gained memories of thier redemption)

The Empathy gems healed the other Element barers and helped take down Nagus's Cabal
however now that there are more Element gems people like Eggman, Time Owl, and so much more will go after them.
