This is Galacia, a pokemon OC I just created. She comes from the Reshirams. She's very egotistical, and even with her motherly nature, she can still come off a bit strict.

Notes: I did change the color from white to blue, hoping that it would set her apart from the Reshiram that actually exists in Pokemon.
