Wistiy has been a good cop since his early days in the police force, but he also likes to take care of his little brother Wizzy out of trouble. He's also openly gay and likes men ever since he stopped having feelings for women. He's also very strong and has many strength after his early years of being an assassin for the mafia who later betrayed him.

Background/History
Wistiy was a undercover Chinese assassin from the Mafia to assassinate every single target who gets in the mafia's way such as the cartel and local gang rivals. He was also trained by his sensei Buddhist Monkey and he got way stronger and knows how to do kang-fu dojo of the martial arts. But later he got betrayed by the mafia and he plans to kill every single target whoever trusted is a traitor but luckily he got helped from the local Yakuza to take down the mafia and their enemies, so the Yakuza can give him money to move out of China. So Wistiy can start a new life.
