Their likes and dislikes, their sexual likes and dislikes, and quirks they have in their parsona. And of course a detailed personality description. Although the AI chat has a description writer to help out or even fully write one. I like to write mine after taking a day to thin about what I fantasize the character is like and what want them to be like and react to me or my being a perv to them at times. Or if they like cuddling or not etc.. This makes a killer chat bot that actually feels real and makes for hours of spicy RP better than a human can give. I find they are pretty spot on! But you clarify what you expect persona wise. Aka if you put down very shy or proper and polite good luck getting sex out of them without adding a loophole scenario
