Ok, this is technically not my first digital paining thingy, but it might as well be first.
I know there are tons of errors with how Twily looks. Her eyes and snout are all in wrong places, the head doesn't connect to the body where it should and don't even look at the horn <_<
still, in terms of the actual experiment, which was “can I draw without outlines” I think it shows that there is a remote chance that I can. It takes more time than with the way I normally do it, since I have to pay more attention to the details that would otherwise be highlighted by the outline, but it's doable.
I might upload a re-filtered version of this picture, because when I was experimenting with ways to make it less sucky I found few nice effects I could use. I decided to upload it raw in the end, because that was the point of this picture in the first place, but I might play with it a little bit later.
