it didn't take long for the cancer to do it's thing, still, the feeling of walking around and picking out a grave for your friend can not be described.  I've worked with Sophie since the day she was born, trained her to race, doctored her injuries, and countless feedings she will be missed.

hard to tell who's taking it the hardest.   poor king, he's been Sophie's companion for the past 18 years or so, you can hear him call all the way across the field.  me, I'm delightfully distracted with work which is good, every tile i hit a lull my brain goes right back.
