Kemromen may not be a snake, but lizards are technically related to snakes. And he decided to be silly about it. XD
So yeah, wanted something for Year of the Snake, at least, in case I don't get to draw an actual snake character for this year. Also, I wanted to best showcase Kemromen's most current design, which is what I'm happier with.
