Its a very cute picture! But something is a bit off. The perspective is strange. Darwin looks like a macro. Can't exactly explain why, but something about it makes him seem really tall compared to the stuff around him.

You're right and I'm noticing that is something I keep failing on my pictures, it's good someone pointed me out so I can be more careful with those details.
