Although Blitzo ("The O is silent.") is best known for his gay relationship with the owl character (I can't for the life of me remember his name), on a couple of occasions, he has mentioned girlfriends. So, I could picture him having a relationship with someone who bore him a daughter. Also, even though the AU Loona looks friendlier than our Loona, being Blitzo's daughter would make me be a bit leery of her.
