Sonic froze by that word, he couldn't believe what Shadow had just said. Manic and Sonia got pissed, "How dare you ask for our brother that way" said Sonia, "I should just kill you here" said Manic. Shadow just gave a quick glance at them "It's your brothers choice" said Shadow, Shadow turned his attention to Sonic who looked frighten, "So what's it going to be?" asked Shadow to the young hedgehog. Sonic didn't knew what to answer, "If I say no he will destroy everything, I have no choice" though Sonic, he lowered his head to not face Shadow, "It's your choice, come with me or I will destroy what's left of your kingdom" said Shadow in a treating way. Sonia and Manic were getting furious with Shadow, "I accept" said Sonic, Shadow smirk under his mask of victory, Sonia and Manic turn to there brother, "Sonic no!" said Sonia, "Sonic don't tell me your giving up?" said Manic. Sonic lifted his head to face Manic and Sonia, "It's what's best for the kingdom, I know you two will take good care of it" said Sonic, Sonia shook he head, "No there must be another way!" said Sonia holding her brother by the shoulder, "No Sonia if we keep waiting there will be nothing left of the kingdom, I have no choice" said Sonic removing his sisters hand. Sonic went to Shadow and stop in front of him, "I have decided I will accept" said Sonic, "Then it's done" said Shadow taking out a gun shooting the retreat signal. All the warriors of Shadow stopped attacking the kingdom and return to Shadow, "Open the portal back to Edenia" said Shadow, the guards obey and did what he said, all the guards pass the portal home, Shadow waited for Sonic to go in first. Sonic looked back at his worried and sad brother and sister, "Don't worry I will be fine" said Sonic forcing a smile and went pass the portal, Shadow followed.
The portal had lead them back to Edenia, the first thing Sonic saw was a big castle witch had to be Shadow's. Shadow walked to the doors and opened it, "Come with me" said Shadow to Sonic, Sonic followed
him, Shadow and Sonic were walking around the castle, Shadow was probably looking for something. Out of nowhere a pink hedgehog came out of a room as soon as she saw Shadow she looked happy, "Shadow! Your back!" said the pink hedgehog out loud hugging him. She didn't knew Sonic was there till she opened her eyes, "Oh and who is this?" asked Amy letting go, "Amy this is Sonic from Earth real, he will be staying with us for a long time" said Shadow, those words send shiver down Sonic's spin, he didn't wanted to be there, he wanted to go home and be with his siblings and friends. Amy walked up the blue hedgehog, "Well its nice to meet you Sonic, I'm Amy Rose, Shadow's sorcerer and friend" said Amy with a big smile, Sonic smiled under his mask "She seems sweet and kind, maybe she and I would make good company" though Sonic, "And anything you need just call me, I'm always in the training room" said Amy, "Thank you" said softly Sonic, Amy then went off to the training room. Shadow continue walking till he stopped in front of a big gold door, in this case would be Shadow's room. Sonic knew it had to be his room, but why was he taken there? Shadow opened the door going inside his room being followed by Sonic. The room was gold and bloody red and decorated as good as a Kings room, Shadow turned to Sonic, "Sonic now that you accepted to come with me you will do as I say" said Shadow, Sonic knew that, he also knew this wasn't going to be easy. Shadow continue "As long as your with me you will stay at my room, The castle is your new home for now on, you may go where ever you want, but your not allowed to leave this castle unless by the company of me or any of my guards" said Shadow, Sonic felt as if his soul was turn, it didn't felt like being in a castle to him, it was more of a prison where his freedom was taken away, Sonic nod lightly. Shadow knew the depression on his face, he only knew how much he wanted to go back, "I will be in the training room if you need me, but for now make yourself at home" said Shadow and then he left the hedgehog alone in his room. Sonic was furious with Shadow, "This maybe your home but not mine" thought Sonic, his furry was strong, "I am now under the control of the man WHO KILLED MY FATHER!" Sonic's thoughts screamed in his head, a tear fall down his cheek to his mask.
Shadow in the other hand was in the training room with Amy. He was practicing his fatalities on fake monsters that Amy created. Shadow's training was strong even for him, Amy had thoughts in her mind, she had seen Sonic with a none happy attitude later that day she meet him, Amy then took away all her creatures interrupting his training, "What is it Amy?" asked Shadow as he knew every time she did that was for a reason. Amy walked to Shadow and stopped not too far nor too close, "Tell me one thing Shadow" said Amy, Shadow looked at her with his pure white eyes, "Did you took Sonic by force?" asked Amy, Shadow only stared at her, "I gave a decision and he decided to come with me" said Shadow glaring at her.Amy knew Shadow was short temper at this situation, "Who is Sonic? And I want you to tell me everything that happened in Earth real" said Amy, Shadow shook his head side to another "Fine" Shadow said, "Let's talk about this in the meeting room" said Shadow as he went to the room with Amy following him. They both took a seat, "I went to Earth real with my warriors as you remember, wen I was almost at the castle we decided to make a stop at the waterfall. There I meet Sonic, I had to say wen I saw him, he was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen, but he escaped before I could even say a word" said Shadow as paused for a moment and then continue, "We continue heading to Jules castle, I wanted to see a fight of Jules strongest warriors" there Shadow paused again, "His sons" said Amy, "Yes, for my surprise Sonic was one of his 3 sons" said Shadow, Amy's eyes widen, "Sonic is the prince of Earth Real?!" asked Amy with a high voice she seemed almost angry, "Yes let me continue, father I saw the fight that Sonic had won, for the peace tribute I ask for Sonic, but Jules denied" said Shadow, Amy was pissed, "Then how did you get Sonic to come with you?" asked Amy, "Your going to hate me for this, but I got mad and killed Jules, and send the warriors to attack the kingdom, after that I gave Sonic a choice, witch was come with me or get his whole kingdom destroy" said Shadow, Amy was mad at him, "So you did forced him!" yelled Amy, "Your treating him like a slave" said Amy, "Amy that is enough!" yelled Shadow, "He is not a slave he will only do what I say, and will not be allowed to leave this castle!" said Shadow with anger, "Slave" came out of Amy's lips again, "That's it! THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER" yelled Shadow, as he turned his back on Amy, "Shadow I just want you to think what your doing" said Amy, Shadow keep walking and left the room.
It was sun down, Shadow had went to his room to find Sonic on the bed he wasn't asleep, Shadow only saw his back. Shadow started to walk to the bed and lied down next to him, Sonic shivered a little knowing he was sleeping next to Shadow, Shadow realized Sonic was awake and gently wrapped his arms around Sonic's waist. Sonic eyes widen he saw Shadow's hands around his waist and to top that Shadow put his head on Sonic's shoulder, "Shadow? Wh-Wha- What are you doing?" asked nervously Sonic, "Shhh" Shadow removed Sonic's mask and his. Shadow tried to kiss Sonic but he wouldn't let him, "Stop!" yelled Sonic, Shadow got a little pissed and got on top of him pinning his arms on down, Sonic was frighten "Sh...Shadow?"
