Okay, so, skate season's finally HERE in Iowa! Winter's a total bummer, right? Ice and snow everywhere, making it impossible to shred outdoors. We DO have this mega skatepark [https://dsmskatepark.com/], but the city's totally clueless when it comes to indoor options. Lame!
Some of the lucky ones with cash can bail to Minneapolis, Denver, or Chicago to keep rippin'. The rest of us? We're stuck staring at our boards, dreaming of the sun. But NOW it's Spring! Time to dust off the deck, relearn the basics, and get back to the fun, culminating in the annual Skate DSM Street Style Open in September!
