One of the characters born during the Alpha Mobian arc of GeneXXX. Tails got m-pregg'd by Bucky, and Buzz Stein was born. And I proceeded to do nothing with the character. (My fics are already overcrowded with OCs, as you might be able to guess from my gallery...)
