Nuff said! Did I mention I got my Intuos yet? XD I gotta stop fooling around and actually do the stuff I'm supposed to do...

And green is such a tricky skin color!!! Jeeze, how do I do this stuff? I try mimicking the coloring of some of my fave TMNT artists, but I don't understand quite what some of them are really doing...

This looks totally badass! I love how softly it's coloured, well it's shaded, and quietly hints at scars.

I don't think it's silly at all, it adds a significant amount of depth to the character without being ostentatious. Plus you know he's a tough customer and can look after you ^ ^

Thank you so much ;D As much as I love my "chunky" brush, I still think I gotta try using a slightly softer brush on the skin, it doesn't have the right texture at all... but the plastron looks good rough and "shaggy"!

I like that right arm of his (used a reference photo of a guy with his arm like that... he was slightly skinnier tho, I beefed it up XD)

Oh, this painted such as paint thickly overlaid color is great! XD
I love the thickness of the muscle and, by the color representation of your wounds breastplate! <3

Thank you ;D I like the roughness of the breast plate, but I'm going to try using a slightly smoother brush on the skin next time to give it a more proper texture.

Kept staring at the veins and tendons in his right arm. Such detail! You can clearly see the strain as he decides whether to draw his blade fully or not. And the twinkle of light on metal is eye-catching. Truly amazing. And the scars on his plastron. I love tiny details like that! I'm not a huge leo fan, but i love how you've done this!

Thanks! That's the advantage of using a rough brush, you get some detail and texture for free, kinda ;)
