Fourth and final volunteer certificate made for MFM so far (as I won't make this year's up until much closer to con time). This one was themed for 2025's theme of Ren Fur. I'm so excited about that theme too! <3
The volunteer head and I had a lot of fun going back and forth to get text that sounded old-timey without being incredibly difficult to read. I actually looked into Middle English and Old English for this and, ahhhh, I don't recommend doing that, lol.
I did end up looking up free to use assets verses trying to design my own page decorations. Honestly, it felt a bit cheating, but work smarter not harder as they say. It turned out way better than I could have done at my current skill level anyways.
The best part was that each of these were printed onto parchment paper. And then the mate made up a seal so we could actually put a red wax seal of the MFM logo onto each one. And, of course, they were signed by our volunteer head with her dip pen. I just LOVE how it turned out.
