My teeth are kind of too far gone for that to matter tbh, but I actually barely drink soda anymore anyway, mostly water with a splash of juice or something for flavor

i think try moving first, in most of the world your dental care will be compleatly free, even if you arent a citizen of said country yet.. hell just visiting another country and getting treatment there will be cheaper than doing it locally in america

i think prioritize moving, all the other things will be cheaper, depending on where you move therapy is free and so is dental care (i.e south africa) also in most of the world you literally will never need a car, public transport + a scooter.

leaving the country is a lot harder than people think it is (ive looked into one or two places), and unfortunately im in such a shitty spot that some places wouldnt even give me a tourist visa, currently just planning to move across the country though looking into dental care elsewhere even without being a citizen is something i hadnt thought of, ill consider that
as for the car thing, i know :/ america is just designed for every person to have their own car, we are ruled by company interests, not people but i also dont like super crowded/big cities, which is what most walkable places are, so a car would be beneficial to me regardless of where i go i think

how about maybe austria, vietnam, thailand, rsa or even maybe canada? apart from austria and canada those countries are cheaper to go to than it is to move across most states and they all accept US visas as far as i know, and i dont mean to live in, just take a 3 week vacation and get your medical stuff sorted out, i guarantee it will overall be cheaper than it would cost treating a damn broken toe in america
