You've seen the top ranking members of the Tempest Collective. Now its time for the bottom!
The lower ranking underlings within Tempests' numbers are known as Brooks. Not given proper individual codenames till they prove themselves, Brooks are usually summoned in large groups to help Tempest overwhelm enemies in certain tasks and situations. Their attire consists of cloaks with visors (courtesy of Azure) that give them a small variety of functions such as x-ray vision, moveset scanning and so on. They wield specialized hammers that can increase in size when given water to absorb, greatly increasing its density.
They are not, however, outfitted with enhanced strength. If a Brook gets too overzealous with increasing the size of their hammer and lacks the power to wield it, they may screw themselves, or their fellow Brooks over. Teamwork is an essential for these fellas and their consistency with it is.. well its a work in progress but they've got guts!
