Nombre: Sylvio The Sylveon.
Edad: 18 años.

Armas principales: Lazos de su cuerpo (Apéndices) y Lanza de Sylvio [Sylvio Spear].

Información General: Es un Sylveon de Color Azul diferenciándose de Sylvia The Sylveon quien es una Sylveon Rosada, al igual que todos los Sylveon Sylvio tiene los ojos de color azul claro pero con iris rosado tono fuerte y pupila rosado claro, su pelaje es de color azul como también las demás partes de su cuerpo + su cola. Su arma principal son las apéndices que rodean su cuerpo + una Lanza el cuál tiene como nombre Sylvio Spear (Incluso esa fue su arma principal cuando era perteneciente al lado de los malos). Sylvio pertenece al lado de los buenos siendo un buen apoyo en combates ya que tiene un muy buen rendimiento, es capaz de volar y de correr a gran velocidad (Que incluso podrá romper muros sin lastimarse y ésto no lo cansa). Es capaz de Desviar Ataques aunque ésta habilidad muchas veces le falla, otra habilidad que tiene es el poder hacer Contra-Ataques en donde Sylvio desviará un golpe e imitará el golpe de su contrincante pero será más potente. Sylvio aparece principalmente en el Universo del RougaWolf X Mangled pero no simplemente allí sino que también aparece en los Universos Paw Patrol Arctic Wolf Mangled y en Pokémon. Una curiosidad es que Sylvio es un Dragon Hunter (Igual a Mangled).

Dato: Cuando Sylvio era malo y Vanny llegó al mandato maligno, el Sylveon no se unió a la Rueda Maligna de Vanny, terminó trabajando sólo pero con el objetivo principal que era el capturar a Mangled, pero el Sylveon terminaba de distintas formas y nunca lograba su cometido, su última muerte fue quedar sepultado (El Sylveon actuaba raro en cada batalla que tenía con Mangled ó con algún miembro del grupo del lobo, Sylvio se cuestionaba bastante si lo que él estaba haciendo era lo correcto dando señales de que se estaba volviendo bueno). Sylvio es resucitado y redimido por Vannessa Jr con ayuda de Valerie Vanny, poco a poco fueron limpiando el alma de Sylvio para que así fuése totalmente de el Alineamiento de los Buenos.

Dato 2: En RWX Sylvio después de redimido, tuvo su batalla contra Mangled pero se notaba que el Sylveon estaba totalmente cambiado hasta de apariencia. En ningún momento Sylvio llegó a golpear a Mangled, lo que más hacia era esquivar los golpes y ataques que el lobo le enviaba, allí se detiene la batalla al momento en el que Sylvio amarra a Mangled con sus apéndices para tratar de hablar con el lobo y revelarle que en realidad no buscaba golpearle ya que esa no era su intención, lo que buscaba era hacer las paces con el lobo y disculparlo por todo lo sucedido anteriormente, que en su momento no había podido decir nada ya que Sylvio tuvo que aceptar su destino y en éste regreso en donde le dieron una segunda oportunidad, él no quiso desaprovecharla, lo cual es algo que Mangled comprendió del porqué el Sylveon actuaba raro en la batalla donde Mangled logró acabar con él tiempo atrás. Lograron hacer las paces en ésta nueva vida que obtuvo Sylvio.

General Information: It is a Sylveon of Blue Color differing from Sylvia The Sylveon who is a Pink Sylveon, like all Sylveon Sylvio has light blue eyes but with pink iris strong tone and light pink pupil, its fur is blue as well as the other parts of its body + its tail. His main weapon is the appendages that surround his body + a Spear which has the name Sylvio Spear (Even that was his main weapon when he belonged to the bad guys' side). Sylvio belongs to the side of the good guys being a good support in combats since he has a very good performance, he is able to fly and run at high speed (He can even break walls without getting hurt and this doesn't tire him). He is able to Deflect Attacks although this ability often fails him, another ability he has is the ability to make Counter-Attacks where Sylvio will deflect a hit and imitate his opponent's hit but it will be more powerful. Sylvio appears mainly in the RougaWolf X Mangled Universe but not simply there but also appears in the Paw Patrol Arctic Wolf Mangled and Pokémon Universes. A curiosity is that Sylvio is a Dragon Hunter (same as Mangled).

Fact: When Sylvio was evil and Vanny came to the evil mandate, the Sylveon did not join Vanny's Evil Wheel, he ended up working alone but with the main objective which was to capture Mangled, but the Sylveon ended up in different ways and never achieved his goal, his last death was to be buried (The Sylveon acted weird in every battle he had with Mangled or with a member of the wolf group, Sylvio was quite questioning if what he was doing was right giving signs that he was becoming good). Sylvio is resurrected and redeemed by Vannessa Jr with the help of Valerie Vanny, little by little they were cleaning Sylvio's soul so that he was totally out of the Good Alignment.

Fact 2: In RWX Sylvio after being redeemed, he had his battle against Mangled but it was noticeable that Sylveon was totally changed even in appearance. At no time did Sylvio hit Mangled, what he did was to dodge the blows and attacks that the wolf sent him, there the battle stopped when Sylvio tied Mangled with his appendages to try to talk to the wolf and reveal that he wasn't really looking to hit him since that wasn't his intention, What he was looking for was to make peace with the wolf and apologize for everything that had happened before, that at the time he had not been able to say anything since Sylvio had to accept his fate and in this return where he was given a second chance, he did not want to waste it, which is something that Mangled understood why the Sylveon acted strange in the battle where Mangled managed to kill him some time ago. They managed to make peace in this new life that Sylvio got.
