I'm having so much fun with Hemi (As if it wasn't obvious by the last drawing, lol). But it's time for Husky to go to his quarters and rest for the night. His official first day starts the day after. I sure hope nothing intense happens during the night!

Squishing the doggo's face is a standard procedure, to make sure cuteness levels are within normal parameters.

I'm surprised he didn't perform the toe bean sniff test, those are usually standard for a first assessment. Oh well I imagine the full assessment will happen later, so he only performed the very essentials, such as the cheeks squeeze tests.
