STEP 2: USE OF THE 88M
There are more serious cases of escape throughout the history of the FCPF. They are even rarer than the first, in general the high-ranking official speaks of the first stage being successful, others of pure luck. Even if the sea which borders the prison is protected by an immense storm, this does not frighten the locals who out of compassion save the prisoners from drowning, the latter, very little aware of the news of the city are often empathetic and do not seek to understand who they are. In other cases, it's more likely that they're being taken prisoner by members of the army or through isolated terrorist actions. Certain rebel groups sometimes attempt to break into prison to find a specific prisoner. These actions very often lead to their downfall. The FCPF is like a huge, impregnable fortress.
Although the storm deters them, these rare, lucky ones who are saved are often helped, whether by locals or criminals. In any case, their tracking collars may be removed or destroyed. If this happens, the FCPF officially goes on escape alert. Only the High Council is aware of this. But how do you manage a prisoner when an entire armed force can't be used for propaganda purposes? This is where the 88M comes in.
The 88M or (Assembled 88 Mercenaries) is the largest mercenary company on the planet. It judges only by loyalty, fidelity, success, and efficiency as long as you pay a high price. The FCPF has managed to pull the company's strings, and the two companies have a symbiotic relationship. 88M provides assistance to the FCPF in finding missing prisoners, and in exchange, the FCPF provides them with weapons, equipment, and money to strengthen them. They always remain secretive about their operations and reliable, however, their use is only due to the missing prisoners; their services should not be misused.

ARCHIVES NO. ⬛⬛⬛⬛
PRISONER: Tetsuo
Escape: ⬛ ⬛ /⬛ ⬛ /⬛ ⬛ ⬛ ⬛
Procedure: The collar data indicates that he sawed through the bars of one of the block's windows during a blackout before literally throwing himself into the rough sea. Some wonder if this was a ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ ⬛⬛ ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ , but the collar's trace drifted 25km for 1 hour to the southeast. It is estimated that he was then picked up by someone and taken to ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ to the east. Once in the mountains, the local removed his collar, his trace was lost. A state of emergency was declared 7 hours after the escape, or 12 minutes after the collar's location was lost.
The call of the 88M was launched 1 hour later, the search took about 1 month, after that, Kenshiata, the leader of ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ and one of the leaders of the 88M found and quickly captured the prisoner after a few minutes of fighting, the fight was at night on the roof of a building, the extraction was therefore without observers and without problems.
SENTENCE: The prisoner will be sentenced to 1 year of labor in block 8, 10 years of additional imprisonment and the entirety of his sentence assigned to block 9.
