This is a legendary pokemon known as Rayquaza^_^. And yes, I am aware that I ended up drawing the head too big. Anyway, Rayquaza has lived for millions of years in the Earth's ozone layer, above the clouds. Because it lives so high up in the sky, it's existence was unknown for many years. It appears to feed on water and particles in the atmosphere. Many say that it's flying form looks like a meteor. It is said that Rayquaza would descend to the ground if Groudon and Kyogre were to fight.
