Dusty gave Kitla a great gift this Christmas.

Alongside a new statue for Kitla's bedroom,
Dusty is acting as Kitla's servant for the rest of the day.

It wasn't easy getting this gift put together for Kitla. Dusty knew the Valkyrie appreciated a very particular form of art and that he'd need help putting a piece together. The first step was calling up his necromancer friend and asking for a favor.

Dusty asked Zym is he could borrow some boys from his personal collection to gift to Kitla for Christmas. Zym agreed, but said he'd only give them out on loan and expected them back in the future. Zym didn't actually intend on using anyone from his own collection to give to Dusty, but still wanted to mess with Kitla by taking away her gift later on down the road.

Zym instead found some "volunteers" he knew Kitla would enjoy and used them instead. The first boy was Kertie, who didn't have any excuse not to participate in this project. The boy was just sleeping when Zym found him, so it's not like he was doing anything important.

The other volunteer practically begged to be part of the project. While searching for the other boy to include in the art piece, Silas visited Zym for seemingly no reason other than to bother the necromancer. Zym found a better use of Silas' time.

The art piece was put together following Dusty's instructions and was ready to be handed off to the boy. A few weeks later, the day before Christmas, Zym gave the finished piece to Dusty. Just as he had asked, the piece resembled Atlas holding up the world on his shoulders. Kertie took the place of the world, shoved inside a sphere of polished granite with only his head and feet left exposed. Zym made sure Silas took the place of Atlas, supporting the sphere made of both marble and boy with nothing but his own body strength. Zym cast a spell on Silas that froze his body in place, not letting him drop the sphere no matter how much he wanted to. Kertie's feet were also grown to each be bigger than his own head and many times more sensitive to touch.

Dusty was glad his gift to Kitla turned out so well. He thanked Zym and presented his gift to Kitla the next day. To Dusty's glee, Kitla loved the gift and gave it lots of attention. Unfortunately for the boy, Kitla seemed to give it a lot more attention than she did to him. Dusty felt a bit ignored as he tried to act like an obedient servant for once.

Don't worry, Kitla would show her appreciation to her little servant later than night~

Kitla enjoyed her gift greatly,
and she had no intention of returning it.
