Miles has always been at Lapis' mercy most of his life. Thema has given him the chance to be the one on top...
...and Miles is taking full advantage of every second.
Prologue: It's been several weeks since Thema first "invited" Lapis to stay at her manor as the guest of honor. In that time, Lapis has been subjected to nearly non-stop "care and attention" from Thema and her associates. Before her stay, Lapis spent many months begging Thema for constant attention, so it's only fitting Thema ensures Lapis always has someone watching over her.
Lapis has been kept comfortable during her stay by being kept in Thema's most comfortable attire available. During the day, Lapis wears a lovingly crafted straight-jacket made from the finest materials money can buy. The jacket clings tightly to Lapis' body and keeps her arms completely immobile to ensure constant relaxation. Her legs are held together by a latex sleeve that restricts movement even more than her straight-jacket. This involuntary relaxation is topped off by strapping Lapis down to either a table or chair where she can be given the attention she's always begged for.
Lapis is given similar care at night, where she is stripped, cleaned, and thrown in a latex body suit that completely absorbs any attempts at movement. Everything from her neck to her ankles is sealed inside the latex where she will be protected through the night. Then, Lapis is strapped down to a bed and left in the care of an attendant who continues giving Lapis attention through the night.
Thema ensures that Lapis is always fitted with a new blindfold, gag, and ear plugs every day that she will wear until obtaining new ones. Lapis hasn't spoken an audible syllable in the 6 weeks she's been staying with Thema. The blindfold and ear plugs ensure Lapis is always living in the moment and able to focus all her attention on the care she's receiving. It also prevents Lapis from ever realizing who is with her at any moment.
Page 7: Miles had been summoned back to Thema's manor after almost two weeks since he'd last been there. The last time Miles had visited, he'd asked Thema if she could enhance Lapis' feet for him and make them slightly larger. Thema agreed to the request with the condition that Miles not bother her while she carries out the procedure. Finally, after many days, Miles would get the see the results.
Miles arrived at the manor and was instructed by Thema to make his way down to see Alma in her lab. Once he arrived, Miles was greeted by the impressive sight of Lapis' newly enhanced feet. Despite only asking for Lapis' feet to be grown a little, Miles was presented with feet each almost as big as he is. Miles was totally flustered at the sight.
Lapis was heavily restrained within the testing chamber. Her ankles had been placed into stocks and her toes were tied back by straps. Lapis' body was held down by a thick sheet of latex with small holes to let chosen parts of her body breathe. Due to how restricting the bondage was, Miles couldn't see just how much Lapis was struggling for relief.
Alma's experiments did more than just increase the size of Lapis' feet, they also multiplied their sensitivity. Lapis' feet were already incredibly sensitive, but now they were so receptive to stimulation that Lapis could feel the currents in the air with nothing but her feet. Despite being blindfolded, Lapis could tell when someone entered or exited the room just by feeling the change in air pressure. When the air conditioning was on, Lapis could feel the temperature change even if just by a few degrees.
Lapis could tell someone new entered Alma's lab just by Miles opening the door.
The tables have finally turned on Lapis. Before, Lapis could get away with whatever she wanted, now it was Miles' turn to be the one in charge.
