She should have known better than to head into the outback without a guide, but there was a little boy in need of rescuing and time was of the essence. Now she was the one in need of rescuing and would have plenty of time to regret her decision as she took the long slow journey through the snakes digestive tract. She could only hope that Bernard had escaped and was out seeking help, but in the dark tight confines of the snake's stomach, she had no way of knowing if her partner had suffered the same fate.
