Lapis is hosting a Halloween Costume Party this year.
Marmite is dressed as Link from the Wind Waker
Dylan is dressed as Link from Breath of the Wild
Mason is dressed as Kamen Rider
Luci is dressed as a Kitten
Lapis is dressed as Darla from the Shazam movie
Dusty is dressed as the Pokémon Tyrantrum
Kertie is dressed as a Magician
Zymolxsis is dressed as a Hyena
Niko is dressed as an Egyptian Mummy
Reed is dressed as an Egyptian Pharaoh
Miles is dressed as Shazam from the Shazam comics
Tenken... showed up for the food. He's a Yordle.
Lapis invited all her guests to come over to her house where the party is being held this year. She positioned herself next to the door so she could greet every guest that entered the room. Dusty, not being much of a people person, chose to stand next to Lapis since she is one of the few people he knows at this party. He's not doing much talking, but he is keeping himself entertained in another way.
Luci and Mason were the last guests to arrive at the party. Both of them arrived at the same time and were welcomed into Lapis' home as soon as they walked in the door. Luci greeted the hostess while Mason took note of something that immediately caught his attention. Seems he and Dusty are having similar ideas.
Marmite and Dylan were off in a corner of the room, losing themselves in discussion about their love of Zelda games. Both boys talked about which Link was their favorite and what games they most enjoyed. At the other end of the room was Miles and Tenken, both were having their own conversation. Miles was inquiring about Tenken's costume, asking how he made such a convincing mask to go with his costume. Tenken wasn't wearing a costume.
Zym was at the center of everything, as usual. He'd invited both Niko and Reed to the party. Reed wasn't interested in going, but Zym insisted that he come. Zym cast a spell on Reed that transformed him into a kid again, promising to undo the spell if Reed attended the party with him. Niko wasn't told this would be a costume party, so he showed up wearing his usual clothes. Thankfully, Zym came prepared and brought a Mummy costume for Niko, even going so far as to help him put it on.
Zym decided that Niko would look best dangling from the ceiling with the other Halloween decorations. Zym was more than happy to use his magic to help spice up Lapis' party a little bit. Kertie also decided to perform a little bit of magic, throwing some pocket glitter onto his favorite elf-friend. Zym may now have another candidate to hang from the ceiling...
