Emporio wasn't expecting his friends to take revenge on him so soon. In his mind, Emporio had just gotten even with each of them, after they had all ganged up on the boy to use him as their toy.
Apparently, Emporio's friends all felt that his treatment of them wasn't fair. Jolyne gathered up the other two girls and led them to the Ghost Room, where Emporio was hiding.
Together, the trio caught Emporio and decided to show him what happens when he disrespects the natural order of things.
