Stats
Power:  C  Speed:  A  Range:  C  Persistence:  C  Precision:  A  Potential:  A

Abilities
Nervous Oblivion:
2T will strike a person's body and cause the struck nerve to feel a constant sensory effect.
The sensory effect can be anything the user wills it to be, like a stabbing pain or tickling.

--The effect gets more intense each time a nerve is struck--
-The effect will end at the will of the user or if the target gets more than 2 meters away-

Stockade Sweep:
2T will use its leg to slice through a person or object and separate it with ring portals.
Separated objects function as though still connected but can be moved any distance apart.
Any object can be separated so long as Stockade is able to drag its leg around the object's surface.

--Objects released by their rings will reconnect instantly regardless of distance between them--
-Separated objects will remain separated unless the user is knocked unconscious or wills the rings to release-
