Another day went by for the life of the half wolf. It had been a couple of weeks since the start of his school year, and he hadn’t made any friends yet. Hopefully today will be the day he thought.

It was a Thursday morning and another day of classes for the young cub. He woke up a couple of minutes before his father woke him up. He started to think about the life that he had lived till that point and what could happen in the future. Even though he couldn’t predict the outcome of his life, he decided to live the best that he could.
After a couple of minutes his father knocked on the door “hello champ I see that you are already up, that's good. Get ready and come eat breakfast downstairs.” His father walked away soon after.

The young cub started to get ready by doing his daily routine. Brushing his teeth, grooming his fur, and go to the toilet. Once he finished it, he went downstairs to eat breakfast where he found only his father this time. “Where’s mom?” the younger wolf asked.

“She is sleeping, she doesn’t work today so I didn’t bother to wake her up, I can take care of breakfast myself.” The older fur replied. “You can eat these French toasts and take an apple for breakfast.” Sebastian didn’t mind the simple breakfast that his dad had made him. The cub ate his breakfast normally and got ready to wait for the bus.

He waited for the bus and when it finally did, he went inside and sat down. He put on his headphones and started listening to music, waiting for the bus to arrive at his destination.

When he arrived at the school, he went to the rear end of the building waiting for the bell to ring. He hadn’t spoken to Mark or Ethan since that day, but Mike on the other hand tried to be as friendly as possible with him. He didn’t understanded why was the case. “Why someone popular as him would like to hang out with me.” He said in a low tone. The bell rang soon after leaving the young cub only with more questions than answers.

He went to his first class. All the students had to take Spanish classes as it was a program that the local state tried to implement in the school curriculum to diversify and understand different cultures. Sebastian, as a native speaker, was far more knowledgeable than his peers, and the teacher knew the fact that that was the case. Sebastian listened to the explanation, and when asked a question he answered it easily. The time flew by, leaving the cub ready for the next class.

Sebastian went to his next class, that is what math this time, one that he shared with the snow leopard. As he went to the class, he saw the feline male waving at him and trying to get his attention. As he sat next to Mark, he tried to start the conversation for once. “Hello Mark, how are you doing?” he said smiling at him.

“Pretty good, thanks. Today we have practice with the football team and I’m excited about it. By the way. Have you joined a club yet?”

“Uh I don’t think so, haven’t look at them yet.” The wolf said with an uncertain tone.

“If you like you can try for the football team, I can help you convincing the coach about it.” The feline tried to convince him.

“Yeah…. Maybe, I would like to explore and see what clubs are available before I jump to one.” The truth is the male canine hadn't thought about the possibility of joining the football club. He liked to stay indoors and not sweat unnecessarily. Once the class started, they forgot about the topic and focused their attention on what was in front of them. This time it was about trigonometric functions, and the use for triangles. When looking at the functions of sine, cosine and tangent, the young pup got lost on the explanation leaving him unfocused for the rest of the class. When the bell rang, he moved to his next class.

It was music this time. The only thing that the wolf had played before was the flute, and it was when he was younger. He tried to think about other instruments to play but got disappointed when the class this time was more theoretical rather than practical. Maybe next time he thought. Even though he likes music, He didn't like the theoretical part of it. He spent most of the class bored and waiting for it to end.

After some long minutes, the bell rang, and it was time to go to the cafeteria. Once he got in line, he waited for his turn to order food. After picking up his tray, he started looking for Mike but saw that his table was full of other furs, most likely his teammates and friends. He didn't bother calling him, so he just went and sat alone. He started to play with his food, looking rather not hungry about it. With a long sigh he sat there.
“Hey pup, why the long face?” Sebastian didn't expect anyone and upon looking he saw mark standing behind him.
“Can I sit here?” the cat asked. Sebastian only nodded. “So, why are you feeling down?” The wolf had to think for a second before answering.

“I don't know I feel like I cannot make any friends. I tried to talk with different cubs but they don't seem interested being my friend nor hanging out with me.” Mark had to think about what to answer before he had an idea.

“Why don't you join a club that you are interested in, maybe you can find some friends that have something in common with you.” The wolf stared at him.

“That sounds like a good idea however I am not interested in anything to do”

“Come on, everyone has a hobby or two that they like to do.” Mark did his best to convince the wolf.

“Yeah, maybe. not me though. I like music, but I don't like to study it. I like to be outdoors, but I don't like to sweat. I like to have my own space, but I don't like to be alone. I am weird” that is the only that the wolf could think.

“You are not weird; you just haven't found something appealing to you. Do you know what? why don't you tell me what you like to do and maybe I can give you a recommendation for a club.” The older male tried his best to come with something.

“Sure, let's give it a try. I like English as a language, I like to read comics and mangas and I like to listen to music, podcasts and audiobooks.” The cub hoped that those ideas could narrow his decision.

“Well maybe you can try to join the literature club, I know that it sounds like extra class, but I know some people who go there just to waste time and hang out. You don't have to have any commitment or expect anything. You just go there to read or to listen at your own pace and once a month share something interesting about the book or comic that you read with the members of the club.” Sebastian didn't think about joining the literature club but it didn't sound as bad as he thought before Mark explained it to him.

“All right I'll check it out.” Was all he said. He seemed hopeful about the idea and started to look eager to try the club.

He now knew that twice a week the clubs replaced what was usually the last class (P.E.) He started going down the hallway towards the classroom where literature club was supposed to take place. Upon turning around the corner he heard a loud thud.

“This is all I have, I swear.” The fur who looked like was being bullied said.

“Five? You think my time is worth five measly dollars, Peewee? You must be joking.” The angry teen said with a sarcastically tone.

"Please, that's really it." The little cub tried to tell the truth but it all seemed in vain.

"Listen up, Squirt. This ain't a request. If you don’t get me what I want this will end up bad for you.” The teen raised his fist but before it got to a point of no return, the wolf yelled.

“Teacher this way, someone is getting bully.” Upon listening the teen dropped the little cub and went away.Upon coming close the wolf lend his hand to what now he saw was a fox. “Are you OK? Are you not hurt?” Was all the wolf said. When the little fox looked at him he recognized the wolf.

“Is it you wolfy? Nice to see you again, and thanks for that” Sebastian thought for a second about the nickname that he was called for a second time but didn't mind it

“Ethan? are you ok?”

“yeah just some bully who didn't like that I didn't bring more money, it's ok I'm already used to it” the wolf felt sad about his statement, he didn’t like seeing anyone being bully. “Anyway thanks for saving me, nobody has ever stood for me.” The little fennec fox gave the wolf a big warm smile. For a second Sebastian felt that his heart skipped a beat, he didn't know why but it was the second time that that happened.

“I don't like seeing anybody being treated like that, it is wrong.” The cub said what was on his mind.

“Yeah, well there are bullies who don’t see it that way.” Was the only thing the little fox could say. “Why are you here anyways?”

“I am trying to join a club but couldn’t decide which one should I join, so an acquaintance of mine told me to check the literature club.”

“I see, well for once I am glad that you decided to come. I hope that we can continue to know each other more and maybe we can become friends someday.” The fennec fox sounded eager to get to know the wolf better and wasn’t shy of just saying what he was thinking about it.

“Sure, that sounds good to me.” The older boy had a light smirk on his face after hearing the younger one talk.

“Good, come here let me show you what the literature club is all about.” The fox held the wolf’s arm and led him into the room.

Upon entering he saw some other furs. He knew that reading wasn’t the most fun for some, so when he looked at the members, he could count them with his hand. “Are there only four people on this club?” He asked.

“Five, but Liam didn’t come today.” Was the reply from the fox. “Maybe you could become the sixth member to join. I would personally like that.” He didn’t know why but every time the fox talked to him; only sweet things came out of his muzzle.

“Maybe, I haven’t decided yet.” The wolf replied with a teasing tone.

“Oh, I see.” The fox’s tail and ears fell to the floor, and he looked rather gloomy. He couldn’t help but tease the younger boy.

“I haven’t thought about any other club so maybe if I get to know it, I will join it.” Immediately the fox’s tail started wagging and his ears got pointy above his head.

“I can show you about the club. We can read the books that the school provided us with, there are usually school-related topics like science, history and so on. However, we always bring our own books and comics. It is fun when you read something you like, right?” The fox said, staring at the wolf’s eyes.

“For sure, I wouldn’t think otherwise.” The older cub answered.

“Once a month we gather and discuss the goods and bads about what we liked or didn’t like to everyone in the club. Since we already did it for this month, it will be next month for us to do it again. Come here let me introduce you to the president of the club. His name is Adam.” He was a little taller than the wolf and looked like the typical smart classmate. He was a German Shepherd that seemed normal like any other guy. Once he got close enough Adam started to sniff the air around him.

“Hello, sorry I have the habit of picking up the scents of new people around me. Yours seems a little different for some reason and I cannot explain why is that.” Sebatian didn’t know what he was talking about so he just shrugged it off like a weird quirk of his.

“Hello, my name is Sebastian and I will like to know the club better so I can decide to join or not” The fox stare at him with a puppy face like telling him to please join the club. Sebastian just giggled in his mind.

“Sure, I was hearing Ethan explaining you how the club goes. He is right about it and the most important thing is to have fun, at the end of the day that is what we are looking for.” Sebastian had already made a decision in his mind, but he wasn’t sure if it was because the club sounded good to him or a certain fox had helped make up his mind.

“Read this, is one of my favorite comics.” The little fox handed him a comic for him to read. It was one of superheroes like the one in the movies. The wolf started to read it and before he knew he got into it pretty quickly, forgetting about anything else. Before he knew the final bell of the day rang and everybody got ready to go home.

“I hope you had fun, I am hoping to see you next time. Have a good day.” Adam said before leaving the room.

 “That was fun.” Sebastian said.

“Yeah, I know. That is why I chose this club. I was also hoping to see you next time and we can become officially friends.” The fennec fox told the wolf.

“Sure I would like that. I would like to come here next time and I would like for us to be friends.” He smiled to the younger fur.

“Sweet, see you next time then. Goodbye Sebastian.”

“Goodbye Ethan.” Was all the wolf replied before both going their own way. Once the cub exited the building, he waited for the bus to take him home. Once it did it started heading to his home, making a few stops when some of the passengers arrived at their own. After Sebastian arrived home, he went to his room and laid down facing his bed. He felt tired and just wanted to rest his mind. Upon closing his eyes, he started to doze onto his dreams.

The cub dreamt about his old friends, how every one of them seemed happy when surrounded by their girlfriends. He started dreaming about talking to a girl whose face was covered in a black mist concealing more than he could see. He tried to look rather happy in front of everybody. Talking, laughing, smiling and even holding hands with this mysterious girl. Even though it was all a dream, he tried for it to become as real as possible.
When he felt his arm getting tugged from behind, he turned around and saw a fox. Again, a black mist was covering his face. Everybody seemed to disappear from his dream except those two.

He stayed there admiring him until he heard him saying “You know that you are fooling yourself.” He felt confused about the sudden words that came from his mouth. What was he referring to? He couldn’t figure it out. The black mist was getting thinner and now he could see that the fox had a slight smirk on his face. “I hope that you find what you are really looking for and don’t mistake yourself.” The fox turned back and started walking away. Sebastian just tried to talk but words didn’t come out of his mouth. When he tried to reach for the fox he woke up panting. He tried to remember what were the words that were told to him but it was all fuzzy like a blur memory.

The young cub went downstairs and got into the kitchen where his mother was making dinner. When the husky saw him, she said. “What’s up honey, why do you look down?

“It’s nothing just a nightmare.” Was all he could say.

“I hate those, it always gets me all gloomy. But I know in the end it is all just a dream and not real.” His mother tried to cheer him up.

“I guess that is true.” The younger wolf said.

“Well go take a shower and call your father, he is in his office working.” The young wolf went upstairs and started to have his nightly routine like he always does. Once he finished, he tried to go downstairs but remembered what her mother told him to do before. Upon reaching the office room he knocked on the door. The older wolf said behind the door.

“You can come in.” The cub opened the door and got in. “Hello Son, what is it?” the wolf got closer and was standing in front of his father.

“Mom says dinner is ready.”

“Oh ok I will come down in just a second.” As the older fur said that, he noticed that the half wolf was shuffling his paw in place, he realized that something was bothering his son. “What do you have in mind?” his father could read him like a book.

“Nothing just something feels off and I don’t know what it is.” The cub felt confused and didn’t know what all was about.

“When do you feel like that?” the adult wolf tried to understand him better.

“I don’t know. I met someone for the second time and when I talk to them I feel weird.” The older wolf had a smirk on his face.

“Maybe you got lovestruck.” Upon hearing that the cub felt a burning sensation on his face. “Or maybe you are just figuring yourself out. Don’t bother about them, the more you grow, the more you will understand yourself better. You should just live your life and figure things out little by little. Life is not a race but a slow a methodological process.” The older fur felt wise and proud of guiding his son through the road of life. “Let’s go eat dinner, we don’t want to make your mom wait more than she has already waited on. You know how she is when she gets mad.” Both the older and younger wolf shuddered at the thought that crossed their minds.

Going downstairs they sat down, and they all ate dinner. Her mother was talking about how things are going in her job while his father just listened as she was speaking. The cub just sat there and replied when asked about his day, leaving the uncertain thought of his out of the conversation. When they finished eating, his father and him started do the dishes because her mother already had made dinner for all of them.
Once he finished his tasks, he just went to his room and started playing on his phone. An hour later his mother knocked on the door and told the younger wolf to go to sleep. He put away his phone and laid on his bed, waiting for his sleep to take on, hoping to not have those unpleasant dreams again that night. When he finally felt asleep his mind was calmer that it was before, just taking the cub for a peaceful slumber.

Waking on a Friday morning was the last day of school for the week. His mother now knocked on the cub’s door urging his son to get ready for school like any other day. The cub hand’t forgotten about what happened the day before . He felt confused about his own feelings that he didn’t understand. Having his usual morning routine like every day and getting ready for school. Once he went downstairs, he sat down and started eating his breakfast.
“Hey champ how did you slept?” his father asked.

“Fine, I didn’t have a nightmare this time.”

His father was staring at him before saying “nightmare? Did you have a nightmare yesterday? What was that about?” The cub tried to shrug it off as nothing important saying

“it’s nothing just weird dreams that I have, and I didn’t even understand what was all about.”

“Is it related with the things that we talked about yesterday?” The younger wolf blushed upon hearing what his father had said.

 “No…”

“Ok but just to let you know that I am here for you, if you need to talk to someone let me know and I will help you. I will always love you no matter what.” The cub just nodded and started to eat the food in front of him. Once he finished, he went upstairs and got ready for the bus. The bus picked him up and got his way to the school.
Once he arrived the wolf wanted answers about what he was feeling about so he went directly to the counseling office. He talked to a gazelle who was in charge of letting the cub in the room. Once he got in, he saw a bull man waiting on the desk typing on the computer. He didn’t heard him entering the room but once the cub closed the door he noticed him.

“Hey you there. What brings you here today. Do you need help about something?”

“Yes, I need to talk to someone about a certain thing.”

“Of course, just let me know what it is about, and I will try my best to help you with it.

The cub wanted to talk to Mark, the cat who he had met before and felt a lot more comfortable with rather than an unknown adult. “Can I talk to Mark about it?”

“For sure let me call him and he will be here to help you.” The bull exited the room. Sebastian just started to think about what he wanted to talk, he didn’t understand it himself so he just wanted to figure things out.
After a couple of minutes, the cat entered the door and closed it upon being inside.

“Hey there Sebastian, what brings you here today?”

“I wanted to talk to you about something if that is okay.” The wolf didn’t wanted to waste his time.

“of course it is, that is why I am here for. I am glad that you chose me to discuss this matter. Just to remind you everything that you say here is private and will not be disclosed outside of the main counselor. So what is it about?”

“I recently met someone and when I am with them I feel weird like am happy about been there.”

“Do you like that feeling or you feel uncomfortable?”

“I don’t know, I haven’t felt like this before.”

“Have you try meeting different furs to see if you feel the same about it?” The cat wanted to be sure before speaking his mind about the issue. The bell rang soon after. “Don’t worry I will give you a pass you can continue.” The cat tried to get to the end of the problem before finishing the counseling session.

“I only have one friend, and you and Mark.”

“I see, it’s too early to give you an exact answer to your problem. I don’t want to confuse you by giving you a wrong idea of what you are feeling about. I have a general idea but it is something that you have to confirm by your own.”

“What can I do?” the young wolf wanted some answers.

“I advise you to meet different people and see if you feel that way with them. Give it some time and don’t rush to get an answer right now. Everything will start to make sense the more you figure yourself out. I want to hear about you again next time, if you have a breakthrough or have worry about something else. I want to hear about it.”

The cat handed him the pass and Sebastian went on his way to the classroom. He started the day with English class. He had his mind outside the classroom so he couldn’t focus on what was in front of him. Even when the teacher explained new topics, he couldn’t focus on it. He felt uncertainty about his own thoughts and questions about the things that he feels.

Next class was math and that meant meeting with Mike. When he sat down next to the athletic fur, he sighed and tried not to think about anything.

“What’s wrong?” He heard the cub next to him talking.

“Nothing just doubts about something.”

“I see. Hey, do you remember what Amanda told you about?” Amanda was Mike’s girlfriend who he had met on his first day.

“Yes, what about it?”

“So, we are throwing a little party, and she has been nudging me to ask you if you want to come tomorrow. Some friend of her have seen you and is interested in you so I promised that I would ask you about it.”

The wolf was surprised by the sudden invitation. Also, he hadn’t been to a party before. He thought about it for a second and remembered the words that Mark had told him earlier before. The wolf could not refuse in order to dissipate his doubts.

“Sure, I am down for it.” He seemed excited about the idea of meeting new people.

“Sweet this is my number, just write to me and I will reply to you with the address and time of the party.” The snow leopard seemed eager to invite him.

The day was going quickly for the young wolf now that he felt better and stopped worrying about useless thoughts.

When the recess came around, he picked up his tray and walked outside sitting on a nearby tree on the rear side of the building. He just closed his eyes and rested in peace.

“Hey wolfy what are you doing.” Upon hearing the sudden comment his heart started beating fast.

“He…ey E….Ethan.” The wolf didn’t expect to meet him there.

“Are you okay? You look different.”

“I am fine……. Just have a lot in my mind right now.”

“I see.” The younger cub sat down next to him and pushed his shoulder against the older cub. Sebastian tried to seemed like everything was normal but inside him was everything except normal.

“You know. Next week is my birthday, I will turn twelve. I would like for you to come to it.”
The wolf didn’t expect a sudden proposal like that and didn’t know what to respond but before he could think about anything his muzzle moved on his own.

“Sure I would love to go to your birthday party.” The fox’s tail started to wag behind him.

“Cool let me add your number and we can be in contact then.” They exchanged numbers and Sebastian stared at his phone trying to put a name for the number.

“Uh, should I just put just Ethan in my contact list? How did you name me?”

The younger cub showed his screen and said “Wolfy.” The older cub couldn’t help but to smile.

“Well then I am going to name you foxy.”

The bell rang and the younger cub got up facing away from the older fur.
“Can’t wait for next week. See you then.” Sebastian swore that he saw the fennec fox blushing but couldn't confirm it.

As he got up he went the lockers to change uniform and get ready for P.E. the lion teacher didn’t plan anything for today so they just do some laps around the field.
After finishing the class and get ready to leave school. He went for the bus to pick him up and take him home. Upon arriving he saw his dad’s car parked in the driveway, so it must mean that the older wolf was in the house.
Once he entered the house, he started to look for his father but was not downstairs. He went to his parents’ bedroom and found his dad watching TV on his bed.

“Hey dad.”

“Oh hey champ, didn’t think you were already at home.” The cub got up on the bed and sat down with his back against the wall.

“Dad there is gonna be a party tomorrow that a friend of mine is having, and he invited me. I wanted to know If I could go.” His father was surprised by the sudden request that his son had asked. He wasn’t one to hang out with strangers, but he knew that socializing would only be beneficial for his son.

“How come, you have always like to be with furs who you know, but a party will mean that you will be surrounded by strangers. Is it okay with you?” His father wanted to make sure he didn’t push himself to do things that he didn’t like.

“I talked to someone and he advised for me to meet new furs in order to realize myself better.”

“hmmm that sounds reasonable just want to make sure that you are not pushing yourself.” His father was worry about the sudden change of mind.

“I am not. I think I would like to go the party for once.” He sounded eager about it.

“Sure I don’t see why not. Just let me know what time and I will take you to it.”

“Thanks dad.” He hugged his father. He felt like someone who will always support him in his life no matter what.
“No problem Sebas I love you.”

“I love you too dad.” He got off the bed and went to his room sending a message to mike.

“Hello mike this is Sebastian, just wanted to know what time I should go, and which is the address.” He put his phone down and went to take a shower. Cleaning himself thoroughly, he felt lightweight, like everything could not been better.
Once he was done taking a shower he went downstairs where he saw his mother finishing cooking.

“Hey Sebas how was your day?”

“It was good, a friend of mine invited me to a party and dad already said I could go.”

The woman got surprised by upon hearing his son. “You? To a party? How come? I thought you wouldn’t like those things.”

“I just want to try and do something that I wouldn’t, I don’t want to miss an opportunity because I didn’t want to.”
His mother felt that the cub had changed in some way. He was not the same cub as when he started school. “Can I ask you a question?”

Sebastian didn’t know what to expect “Sure..?”

“Has someone changed the way you are thinking? Maybe meeting a certain fur had changed your mind?” His mother suspected that there was something else that he wasn’t telling her.

“No…. Maybe. I don’t know. Everything feels different.”

“Ok just talk with me or your father if you want to. We’ll be always there for you.” His mother didn’t want to pressure the young wolf and knew that being supportive was the best for when he was ready to tell them.
His father came down not soon after and they all started eating the food. The cub was rather curious about who Mike’s girlfriend was talking about and he didn’t know if he was ready to talk to girls like he talked to boys. He finished dinner and went to his room to check on his phone. He saw the reply of the message telling the time and the address of the party. The wolf felt nervous about it.

He started to look after what people usually do at parties throughout the internet and especially how to socialize with girls. The time flew by and the time for the party was closer. The club dressed as normally as possible because he didn’t know what to put on, so he decided on wearing jeans and a red T-shirt.
Once he was ready he went downstairs and saw his dad waiting for him on the couch.

“Hey there champ, ready for the party?”

“Yes, do I look good?” said the younger wolf.

“Definitely, are you trying to impress someone?”

The sudden thought of Ethan came into his mind but he shake it off and started to think about his night “Maybe, there’s a girl that is interested in knowing me. I am going to meet her at the party.”

“Of course they are interested in you. who wouldn’t want to be with someone like you? You are my son after all.”
The older wolf got up and both exited the house and got into the car.
The ride was rather quiet with the usual tune of the radio playing in the background. After arriving at the house, he jumped out of the car and said goodbye to his father. Once he rang the bell Mike opened the door looking at him.
“Hey Sebastian glad that you decided to come. Come in, everybody is in the living room.”

Mike’s house looked rather wealthy with all kinds of paintings on the wall, chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and big spacious corridors leading him to the living room.
“The final guest of the night has arrived.” Said Mike. He got next to Amanda.

The bunny girl looked at the wolf before saying “Hey there Sebastian nice you see you again.”

“Same.” Was all the cub said.

“I want to introduce you to our friends. These are Ray and Felix, they are with Mike on the football team, and they are twins.

Sebastian saw that they looked identical. Black pumas
“So, you are Sebastian. I heard tammy talking about you, I was curious about it.” Ray said.

“Yeah, maybe she has a thing for wolves after all.” Felix joked about it.

“No… I don’t” a quiet voice spoke behind the twins.

Amanda came around and tugged tammy’s paw so she was standing in front of the wolf.
She was a border collie who was a little smaller that Sebastian.

“Sorry, they like tease me about the fact that I like wolves in general.”

“No worries I don’t mind if you think of me that way.” There was a sudden whistle followed by a clap.

“Nice one dude, well played. You aren’t as timid and closed as you seemed to be.” Mike looked at the wolf.

“Thanks, It just feels right, I don’t know how to explain it. Like everything is where it is supposed to be.”

“Didn’t think you were a philosophical one.” Amanda said looking impressed with Sebastian.

“Sometimes. I just feel shy when meeting new people, but after meeting Mike he seemed like a nice guy to hang out with.”

“Same as you dude” the snow leopard raised his paw and Sebastian bumped it with his own.

“Okay, okay I think we should leave the broship for another time, lets get to the point why we are here.” Amanda said.

“Isn’t it to have a party?” Sebastian wondered.

“Yeah, but the main reason was to bring you here and get to know you better. After all we want to see if tammy had good eyes after all.”

The border collie blushed at the statement of her friend. “Sorry If you feel pressure about it. I just wanted to meet you because I thought you are cute.”

The wolf blushed by the sudden statement “I…. think you are cute too.”

Everybody got quiet for a second before Mike butting in “You guys would make a cute couple.”

“Mike!” Tammy shouted.

“Sorry but you look so funny right now.” Everybody started to laugh but she got embarrassed and went away.
“You should follow her.” Felix tried to play cupid.
The wolf followed her, finding her in the backyard of the house. Sitting on a nearby tree.

“Can I sit here?” he try to sound as sweet as possible.

“Sure, sorry about that.” She felt embarrassed about everything that had happened.

He sat down next to her. “No worries I felt a little pressure with everyone looking at us.”

“Yes, I know. I hope you didn’t say all of that just because they pressured you.”

The wolf looked at the sky, and the moon seemed as bright as ever. “I didn’t. I meant when I said you looked cute. I hope we get to know each other more.”

“Tell me if you don’t like this.” Before the wolf could turn his head around, he felt some warm lips on the side of his muzzle.

Upon turning his face both stared at each other and blushed profusely, even noticing it under the dim moonlight.
“I liked it” he said.

Before anything else was said they got interrupted by Amanda who came looking for them.
“You guys look cute together. Come on let’s eat and hang out together.”

They both walked towards the house and ate pizzas that Mike’s parents had bought for them.
Spending most of the time in the living room having a good time with everybody. Talking and laughing all together. By 10 pm Sebastian’s father had texted him saying that he was on his way to pick him up.

“I have to go now guys, my father is waiting for me outside.” The wolf said.

“I hope you enjoy our little party. Next time lets have one for real.” Mike told Sebastian.

“For sure” The twins said at the same time.

The wolf walked towards the exit before being noticing tammy following him.
“See you in school then?” the wolf said.

“See you soon.” She replied.

He walked away from the house and got picked by his father.
The older canine waited for his son to fast his seatbelt to start the car. Once he did he drove away to their house.

“How did it go champ?”

“I think it went well. I met new people who seemed nice.”

“Did the girl you were talking about showed up?” his father was rather curious about what his son had told him earlier.

“Yeah, and I think she kinda likes me.”

“There you go son. You should be happy about it.”

The cub felt something but was nothing like when he was around Ethan. “Yeah…. I am.”
“You don’t look thrilled about it.”

The cub just sat there in silence thinking about everything that had happened. He felt tired about everything and wanted to sleep. A sudden vibration was noticed by the wolf on his pocket. Upon looking he saw a text from Ethan saying, “I cannot wait for my birthday. See you soon.” He didn’t bother replying and just stayed there in silence.
Once they arrived home, he went upstairs, got a change of clothes and dropped down on his bed. He was exhausted by the long day.  Sleeping soundly for the next day to come…

A new beginning
Last in pool
A continuation from the first story.
There are different things that I want to try out because I don’t want it to get predictable and repetitive so if you read the chapter you will know what I am referring to.

Also It will get more serious later on but for the mean time it will start to build on. I don’t want to rush things just to make it interesting but the end goal is have a complete story with details and everything if you know what I mean.

I think this length of chapter feels fine. I was actually gonna post half of the chapter and divided it to two but it felt too short so it’s like two chapter in one.

I want to write minimum this much but I would really like to write more.

Well i think that should be it. Like I said in the last chapter, this is a story where I would like to build upon and make it grow, so you can expect a lot more.

Next chapter will take a minute but I intend to keep going. Hope you like it and see you next time!
