This is a colouring of another artist's work who drew Ash Ketchum waking up in the morning.
I've wanted to colour this drawing for a long time. I finally took the time to finish it but I did a really lazy job with the shading. The drawing is already mostly shaded itself. I might come back to this project and make it better but for now this is good enough for me.
I'll call the improved version "Excited Mornings" or something like that.
There's no story to go with this drawing so I like to imagine Ash waking up just as his mom is bringing him breakfast in bed. I love breakfast in bed. So does Ash, I think. Ash gets really excited and starts curling his toes while staring at a plate full of pancakes and hash-browns and sausages-- Damn, now I'm hungry.
Ash is looking just as good as his breakfast if you know what I mean~
