Character Description
Meet Finn the dalmatian who works at Adventure Bay Fire Department.
Personality
Despite his troubled upbringing, Finn is a calm relaxed guy. He had Autism which means he's like an elephants and remembers everything. Much to his fire station colleagues... delight, he has memorised every part of all the equipment manuals, rules and legislation manuals and drill manuals.
He is also a serious military medal collector and has over 1000 medals in his apartment.
Likes/Dislikes
Finn loves military medals and has over 1000 medals in his apartment. He enjoys spending time with his best friend Blaze and is a competitive skateboarder and is truing to be a champion skateboarder alongside his fire service career.
Background/History
Born to Spot and Dottie Becket, Freckles Parker was born without any spots which is normal for a dalmatian. Over time he unfortunately never grew spots and only got black ears and 2 patches over his eyes.
Due to him being the only spotless dalmatian at school, he got bullied regually by others at school. The bullying didn't stop there. At home his parents constantly told him he'd never be a real dalmatian.
Due to his parents being high level show dogs, they didn't want Finns "unpure" genes being passed down so they took him to the hospital, tricking him into thinking he was getting an operation to get spots. In reality, his parents got him neutered.
Freckles carries on the cycle of bullying and abuse until he's 18. On his 18th birthday he packs a small bag and walks out and makes a beeline for the government office. Upon entering he legally changed his name to from Freckels Parker to Finley Hunter.
When he was younger, on a school trip he went to the Paw Patrol HQ in adventure City. Marshall gave him one of his red fire department baseball caps. When he left his family and changed his name, he remembers Marshall so he takes a shot and goes to the paw patrol HQ again. Upon finding Marshall, he tells Finn he should go join the Adventue Bay Fire Department.

Finn is a dalmatian but you notice he's got no spots. Unfortunately he's never had spots. Only black ears and black patches over his eyes.
