Despite what Kitla would like you to believe, everything does not always go her way.
While Kitla may be an immortal creature from ancient myths, she is not truly the most powerful being on Earth. There are a surprising number of beings more powerful than a Valkyrie; even ones that have taken on flesh. Things rarely end well for Valkyries in these situations, especially ones as prideful as Kitla.
I'm not really sure what Kitla did to annoy Tatsumaki, but now the Valkyrie has been subdued by thick, steel piping wrapped tightly around her entire body. With her wings held down and unable to spread, Kitla's supernatural abilities have been nullified and her physical strength reduced to that of a regular human.
Tatsumaki's punishment was swift and merciless:
After ensnaring her prey and reducing Kitla to a helpless state, Tatsumaki flew them both up to the city-skyline.
With no one able to disrupt her game, Tatsumaki pulled out the feathers Kitla likes to use on her victims and turned them to the Valkyrie's own feet.
Turns out, Kitla can give a lot more than she can take. Passing strokes with just the tip of the feather was enough to get Kitla writhing around in her restraints
Hours passed and the tickling only got worse. As morning turned to night, Kitla's cries for mercy devolved into incoherent shrieks and squeals of laughter.
Tatsumaki's anger devolved into indifference, and the only reason she continued to torment the Valkyrie was a hint of curiosity to see how far into madness she could go.
