A mysterious being always accompanied by foul, rainy weather. There are actually two Doomsayers, one desiring the world's destruction, and the other resigned to that grim fate. They insisted again and again that the world would end and nothing could stop it.
How did their story end? Well... that's the subject of Sonic GeneX: Doomsday, the "final" story in the long-running GeneX fanfic (aside from all that stuff I kept writing after because I have an addiction. HALP! XD)
