Character Description
Julia's a tomboy, skater girl, and general "outcast" if you will. She lives in Sawbank and attends Sawbank Elementary. She loves to play video games, hike, go to the movies, or in general just hang out, she has a small group of fellow outcasts that she's close to, though her heart goes to her bestie, Franjesca. who is also her crush but she doesn't know how to approach it, especially with Franjesca preferring hyper feminine kids like herself, not more masculine ones like Julia.
She also has some delinquencies, but usually just something like graffiti, or skating where she's not supposed to.
Personality
loud, kind of obnoxious, kind of bratty, anxious around cute girls, hyperactive, and nerdy. These are some of the traits of Julia, though to her friends she's sweet and caring, and patient. Julia laughs at these slanderous accusations even though they're true]

Likes: skating, the outdoors, dressing gender neutral, Franjesca, video games, movies
dislikes: dressing up (though she does it for Franjesca), authority, being "Girly," having long hair, being cooped up inside
Background/History
Julia was born in Briarwood, but her parents moved with her to Sawbank for something quieter to raise their child in. She doesn't remember any of the city of her birth, since she was like 1 year old. She attends Sawbank Elementary, though she doesn't really get along with anyone there. She's not particularly good at any school stuff, not that it bothers her. She mainly attends class because she shares most of her classes with her crush, and best friend, Franjesca, She's tried multiple times to ask the eagle girl out but has had no luck really, everything seems to get in her way, from other kids and teachers, to her own nerves. One day though, she tells herself

Julia has 2 parents, no siblings, though Franjesca is like a sister to her
World/Setting
Julia lives in Sawbank, Solara, Arcturus V, in the year 2276, where she attends Sawbank Elementary. She is a part of my Arcturean universe as such.
Body
Julia's average build for her height, though a little broad-shouldered. She has solid white fur and ice-blue eyes. Her hair is blonde and kept very short except for a long group of strands that goes between her eyes. Her nose and inner ears are solid black.
Clothing
Julia typically dresses like a boy. Jeans, baggy t-shirts, cargo pants, etc. Though she has tried to dress more feminine to catch Franjesca's eye, she's not proud of it. She doesn't overdo it though, simple snug t-shirt and a skirt.
Julia always wears her beanie when not dressed girly, except when she's somewhere that she can't wear it.
For bed Julia wears Pajama pants and a baggy t-shirt that hangs off of one shoulder. Both have a star and moon pattern. This is the closest to "girl" you get out of her.
Though she has been known to don a nightgown when sleeping over with Franjesca, sometimes.
Accessories
Julia has her ears pierced, and she usually wears simple silver ball studs.
