Fievel Mousekewitz, as he appears in my An American Tail 85 AU’s version of the present day (in which he was currently 47), protesting against Israel’s genocide against the Palestinians. He knwos what they are going through, as his parents were Holocaust survivors. He had once read a journal entry by his mother, Edel, from 1942, when she was detained at a concentration camp, and what he saw written down eerily matched what he had heard coming from Palestine. His father, Beril, saw the links between Israel and Nazi Germany as early as 1950.
