Astra was one of the original heroes of the Chaos Relics, and Spiro the cat's love interest. He ultimately became Lospecter, while Astra managed to avoid the grim fates of death or undeath that her companions suffered. She went on to found the Zodiac Council of Divine Masters, intending them to be a new set of heroes to watch over the world. However, the council betrayed and imprisoned her, using the magic she provided to manipulate the timeline for their own purposes.
Astra was eventually freed by Gemini, but she was now a (very) old lady. She uses magic to restore her youthful appearance, however.
