Making a supervillain to start out the rogues' gallery for the Superheroine Mice.

Hati Marie is an old enemy of Gadget Hackwrench / Gizmomouse. She was an international spy who was hired by Fat Cat to help him steal a museum exhibit by using the Rescue Rangers, only to be captured after a trick by Monterey Jack after hearing the truth from Fat Cat. However, being a spy, she escaped from imprisonment, and in her quest to plot revenge against the Rescue Rangers, she came across a powerful ruby that granted her powers. Now called Ruby Rodent, she aims to get even with the Rangers, especially Monty, but Gadget stands between her and her goals, as she suits up as Gizmomouse.

Powers: Thanks to the ruby she found, which is her belt buckle, she has gained powers like shooting red bolts from her hands, and the ability to teleport in red smoke, along with her intelligence and training as a spy.
