If you want a commission, you need to contact me personally by sending me a message on one of my accounts on either Discord or Telegram. I shall provide those here in the description.

I accept euro and my form of receiving payment is PayPal. When you have accepted my price for the commission, I shall share my PayPal email address. I won’t get started on the commission until you’ve paid me the required amount. Also, all my prices are final, no bartering here.

I should also note that while I do prefer it, I do draw other characters besides Pokémon. As long as you make it clear what it is you want me to draw (and I do mean CRYSTAL clear) I will be more than happy to draw your commission.

I also want you to properly read the entire description and learn my terms of services below. I’d prefer not having to remind you of anything mentioned there later on just to start some sort of debate with you. Make it easier for both of us by simply reading my terms of service.

Your to do/not to do list:

TO DO:

- Pay upfront. Like I’ve mentioned before, I won’t get started with the commission until you’ve paid me.

- Speak English. I speak English and English ONLY. If you can barely speak/write English then don’t even bother with a commission. I’m not gonna waste my time having communication problems with a client.

- Talk to me. When I make a commission for you, I expect you to answer my questions and be very clear what exactly it is that you want. References and specific details help a lot as well.

- Keep your kinks and fetishes to yourself. While I am open to most kinks and fetishes, there are some that I just find repulsive and nasty. You may ASK if I’m okay with a kink/fetish but if I make it clear that I don’t like it, then that is as far as that conversation goes.

NOT TO DO:

- Be a jerk. Being rude and disrespectful WILL make me cancel the commission and possibly blocking you as well. Show me respect and I’ll show you respect, it is as simple as that.

- Ask me to draw in a style that isn’t my own. Asking an artist to draw in an art style that they are not familiar with is like asking a soccer player to play hockey. I draw in my own style and you need to respect that.

- Not answering me. I understand that different time zones are a thing and I respect that. But if you haven’t responded to my questions or commission updates in a couple of days, I’m just gonna assume that you aren’t interested anymore and move on to a different project. I’m not waiting forever. If you have paid me at this point, you will be given a full refund.

- Not cooperating with me. I expect you to help me, help you to make the commission turn out as good as possible. Therefore, I expect you to work with me by answering my questions and actually be helpful. Answering my questions with just one word and just dropping a concept onto my lap expecting me to come up with an image for you is NOT cooperating.

- Haggle. My prices are more than fair.

- SFW/Wholesome stuff.

- Fursonas/OCs.

- Reference sheet.

THINGS I DON’T DRAW:

- Humans/Real life people.

- Ferals/Real animals.

- Non-anthro characters.

The blacklist:

- Scat/Feces/Farting

- Futa

- Vore

- Bullying/Humiliation

- Racism

- Underaged characters drawn NSFW (all characters drawn NSFW MUST be of legal age).

- Gore/Death (blood is okay, within reason).

- Religious/Political Beliefs

* There could always be others that I can’t think of just from the top of my head. Please be specific when you describe your commission.

My terms of service:

* By requesting a commission from me, you have officially read and accepted my terms of service as follows. Should you, the client, break any of these terms, you will be banned from future commissions. Or, in worst case scenario, face legal action. PLEASE make sure that you read these terms carefully and make things easier for both of us.

- As the artist, I have a right to decline a commission without giving a reason as to why.

- If you, the client, want to request a commission of your own OC(s) - you MUST provide me with a character reference. Without a reference, I’ll be unable to know what to work with. The clearer and more detailed the reference the better.

- Should you, the client, request a commission of someone else’s OC(s) You MUST provide me with proof that you have asked the person in question and that they have given you permission to use their character(s).

- As the artist, I have a right to claim full rights and ownership of the commission image. I also have a right to upload the image to my own accounts. Should this happen (and it most likely will), credit to you shall be given as the person who requested the commission. Unless you wish to be anonymous of course.

- As the client, you have a right to upload the commission image wherever you want. AS LONG AS I RECEIVE CREDIT AS THE ARTIST. The signature on the image may NOT be removed/covered up either. Should I learn that you have uploaded the image without giving me credit or removed/covered up the signature, I will have to ask you to change that or have the image taken down.

- As the client, you have a right to print out the commission image for your own personal use.

- As the client, you have a right to cancel the commission at any time. Shall you decide to cancel the commission, you have a right to receive a full refund. Please make sure to cancel in a timely manner.

- Should I, the artist, cancel the commission for whatever reason. You shall receive a full refund and an apology.

- A refund may not be requested once the commission is finished.

- As the client, you have a right to retain full rights and ownership of your own OC(s). I, the artist, have NO right to claim them as my own.

- As the client, you have ABSOLUTELY no rights to profit of off my art in any form. Should I learn that you’re profiting of off my art - legal action WILL be taken.
