Meta Mobian Gene - Super Speed (a limited connection to the Speed Force)
Hidden under the order of G.H.A.B (Goddesses Help All Beings) X-Gene - Robotization and Metal Control (this power can turn organic into metal, this power was used to help repair the bodies so the mobian, human, and Anthro wont feel pain as they fix the part. Paulie's brother Charles managed to copy this power to make his robotization program to help fix the people as a tool of healing * highlight for better view

Background/History
Originally born on Christmas Island along with his twin Charles Pazulor, Paulie was the son the Champion of the CPU of Planeptune Marice Pazulor during the human wartime of WW2 (or what Mobians call Steel War 2). That was when the Humans, Mobians, and Anthros were fully shown and helping both sides of the war.
After SW2 was what was known as the Cold War (or What the Mobians call Warning Kingdom Era) two of the Super power winners of SW2 all three species were trying to calm the tensions down (failing due to warmongers). Leaving the 4 CPU champions to die the tensions down. He and Charles did study under his teacher Nate Morgan when his family was visiting the Acorn Kingdom, where he meet his best friend Nigel. Both Paulie and Nigel were like brothers and then he meet his best friend Solaria Lowe the daughter of Duke Solarus Lowe. for Paulie it was love at first sight and Solaria stuck to him like glue as he was different then the other Lowes.
