The moving went smoothly. Our little unknown fox friend settled in quite nicely into their new apartment. A rather small one in one of the endless buildings in Neon, but really close to an area they were already very familiar with and held close to their heart due to lovely family vacations in the past.
It all was one of those...things. Where you don't feel bursting with joy, or as thrilled as you imagined on first instance. But as a bit of time goes by, a wonderful, exciting new reality really kicks in.
This is my life, this is my apartment. This is great.
The freedom, the oportunities!
...But I was alone. At least for now. I need to go make some new friends, perhaps get into some activity club. Perhaps get into ED, I wonder if there's an institute close by, there usually is.
I do want to do something to get some extra income. I hear there's a mating zone nearby, I should check it out... If I register for ED here, will everyone know my name? Gah, so much to think about and figure out!
It's...amazing.
For now though after unpacking everything and settling in, they just staid rolling around in bed with a silly smile and lots of excitement.
