e621 goes hard on the Aprils Fools
but I had to draw Minochu (Chu version) on it
and I even gave him a scarf and a hat

Don't know why I went so hard on the verification, but it didn't feel right to just draw a stick figure

- due to begin busy with many other art
this makes my first art of Minochu this year
