I really love that MegaMoonerJenny looked at Dr. Erian of the Therian/Otherkin HRT universe and stated, There Is Another. I really got excited about her Dr. Oscar Thomas Herkin, I really liked drawing him, and having a chance to write a plotline about dumping a doctor who's not working out for you to one who does.
The nurse, Clara, we'll find out in the next panel, is loosely based on an old co-worker of mine. ^_^ She always made scrubs look crazy stylish.
