Aurora is definitely a character I just enjoy drawing. I don't know much more as to why, other than she is easy to draw, and I can really identify with her in some manner...

Aurora being as youthful as she is is meant to show off a certain aspect of me that I feel I should explain...

I am not exactly the most mature person on the planet, even for being as old as I am, and I can see it when I stop and reflect. I mean, I am in a normally aging body, but I still feel like there are parts in my mind and my personality that can register as "immature" or something like that. I would even go to admit that I don't like my birthdays, because it's making me much older than I feel. Could it be because of my autism, or could it be because of my history of staying away from the other kids most of the time? Something happened....anyway, what does any of that have to do with Aurora?

Those who have been around my accounts for the past few years might remember that I have said that Aurora is an adult, because she had stopped aging physically back when she was a lot younger. Her exact age is 29, but yeah, she still has so much youth to her. She is supposed to be a representation of how I feel about myself. While being an older looking person, I still feel like I have not matured in some ways, while I have in others. Aurora is very close to the same thing, and that's why I keep her as this younger-looking character, to represent all those parts of me that have not matured...

Whether or not others like that explanation or not, that's the best and most simple way of describing Aurora's purpose...at least coming from me. Aurora is one of my fursonas for this reason.
