I've been doing vent art privately. After showing some to a close friend, I decided this one was worth sharing.
I always lead with my heart, for better or worse. In many cases puppy is easy to love, and all of her emotions are genuine and unfiltered. At the end of the day I am often left feeling hollow, though. Especially now. Sometimes my generally sweet demeanor feels like a mask to cover fear and despair.
Lately that mask has slipped over and over again. Thus- this art piece.
