Fold it in quarters, lining the seams up (I stick my hand into the interior of the fold), then fold it to fit in the same kind of space that your non-fitted sheets do. May take some tweaking of both folded sides to get it to line up fairly square, but it's remarkably straightforward after that.

I ain't never been able to fold a fitted sheet, even with help. So, like Woola, I just put it back on the bed and leave it at that. And, no Thomas, I don't worry about the season or changing the sheets until they need to be replaced. So, there! LOL
